Like other profiles that I have read, I'll start with my educational background.  I have a bachelor's in French and Comparative Literature and am currently completing a master's in French literature. 

I have had some training from spiritual Masters which has greatly helped me to find balance in every day life.  The lessons I've learned and am continually learning have taught me to recognize the energy and connection that surrounds us all.  I hope to help others experience this every day. 

I am lucky enough to come from a huge family being the oldest of six children–which provides a wealth of joy and frustration on a daily basis! 

As I try to live a physically, spiritually and emotionally healthier life style each day I have started to learn T'ai Chi and hope to be able to pursue this in more depth for its wonderful centering benefits.
